Refund Policy

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. Because of our shipping timeframe, we’re not able to offer refunds beyond this.

While we don’t accept returns, we do want you to be happy about your purchase! So, please let us know if there is any way we can help you!

If any items arrive damaged, please reach out as soon as possible. We can offer replacement items for up to 60 days after delivery. 

 

We do not offer refunds on Flower Subscriptions. If for some reason you are unable to pickup your bouquet or are unable to receive it, you must arrange for the bouquet to go to someone else. If not, your bouquet will be donated to someone of our choosing.
