Shipping Info

SHIPPING:

 We are currently shipping to many international locations!  If you do not see your country in the shipping options, please contact us and we will try to make arrangements.  

Processing times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons, however orders will generally ship within 1-2 weeks from date of purchase.

Domestic packages typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped. 

International orders can often take several weeks to arrive once shipped.

 

SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT or GST:

If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.

Flower Subscription deliveries will go out on Thursdays while farm pickups of your subscription will be Tuesdays or Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.

 

SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:

Be sure to double check that your shipping address is completely correct. If for some reason your order is completed with an incorrect address, message us ASAP and so we can hopefully catch it before the package is mailed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
