Artisan Loaf

Our Artisan Sourdough Loaf blends non-gmo unbleached flour with fresh milled hard red wheat and khorasan wheat, which is an ancient grain known for its rich, nutty flavor.  This is a slowly fermented sourdough with a crisp crust and soft interior, perfect for toast or sandwiches. 

Our sourdough is baked on our Wood Fired Cook Stove, fresh from our home to yours.
