Dutch Style cheese press.

This press is so simple to use and produces beautiful wheels of cheese. 

The arm of the press has 3 pegs where you hang weight and it increasingly doubles in weight the farther out you go. So for example 5lbs of weight hung on the first peg becomes 10 lbs of pressure on the second peg or 20 lbs of pressure on the last peg.

Cheese presses will be ready to ship in 3-4 weeks from your order. There will be just a little assembly required and there will be instructions.
