Jalapeño Cheddar Loaf

Our jalapeño cheddar Sourdough Loaf is mostly made with non-gmo unbleached flour with just a smidge of fresh milled flour for flavor.  This is a slowly fermented sourdough with a crisp crust and chewy, soft interior, perfect for toast or sandwiches. Includes generous amounts of jalapeño peppers and white cheddar cheese. Definitely a favorite! 

Our sourdough is baked on our Wood Fired Cook Stove, fresh from our home to yours.

Ingredients: non-gmo unbleached flour, fresh milled flour, water, salt, jalapeno peppers, white cheddar cheese.
