Kolaches - Sausage & Cheese

Our family is originally from Texas where we would visit a little Czech bakery that made the best sausage and cheese Kolaches!  After moving to Missouri we started making them for ourselves and it's become a popular favorite with customers!

They are filled with our Laberia Farm Summer Sausage and cheddar cheese, and baked on our wood fired oven.

JUMBO Kolaches are twice as large with a larger amount of sausage and cheese in them. 

Ingredients:  Unbleached flour, yeast, powder sugar, salt, water, olive oil, summer sausage and white cheddar cheese.
