Back in 2020 when everyone was learning sourdough, I decided to dive into it to. I fell in love with the process of providing my family with delicious, healthy-for-you bread each day, often accompanied with fresh churned butter.
Boule means "round" in French and describes the shape of these crusty loaves.
Our Sourdough Boule Loaves come in 4 varieties, Plain, Jalapeno Cheddar, Cranberry Cheddar or Cinnamon Swirl.
Our sourdough is baked on a Wood Fired Cook Stove, fresh from our home to yours.
Ingredients: Plain Loaf: Sourdough Starter, Unbleached flour, water, salt
Jalapeno Cheddar: Sourdough Starter, Unbleached flour, water, salt, jalapeno peppers, white cheddar cheese.
Cranberry Cheddar: Sourdough Starter, Unbleached flour, water, salt, dried cranberries, white cheddar cheese.
Cinnamon Swirl: Sourdough Starter, Unbleached flour, water, salt, cinnamon & sugar.
